SHIPPING

We provide free shipping and exchanges on all U.S. orders. We also provide affordable expedited 2 business days shipping for an extra $5 USD per order. We ship exclusively to US territories.

 

FREE EXCHANGES

We offer 30-day postage paid exchanges. Please click here to request the prepaid labels. Once your request is approved, we will send you the label and instructions. Once we receive the item, we will ship the new one to the same address used on the original purchase with standard shipping (3-5 business days). 

Please do not attach any labels to the box the items arrived in. The items and their original boxes must be in their original condition. Outlet items are not eligible for exchanges.

Postage paid exchanges are limited to one exchange per order.

Returns received with missing parts, in worn or damaged condition or damaged original boxes will not be accepted for an exchange and will not be sent back to the customer.

HUSTLE-FREE RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your unused with its original packaging within 30 days of receipt of delivery.

To return an item, obtain a non-paid return label and instructions. We do not accept returns without the return label.

Returns received with missing parts, in worn or damaged condition, or damaged original boxes will not be accepted for a refund and will not be sent back to the customer. Please be aware that the shipping cost of returning the order back to our warehouse for a refund is the buyer’s responsibility. Shipping charges (if any) are not refundable.

Once we receive the item, we will process the refund within 3 business days. You will receive an email once this is processed. It might take up to 7 business days for your credit card or bank to credit your account.

Q: Do we ship all over the US?
A: We offer free shipping to all states within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.

Q: Do we ship internationally?
A: As right now we ship exclusively to US territories.

Q: How do I prepare the items for a return or exchange?
A: All items must be in their original box in an unworn condition. Click here to request a label. Once you receive it, pack all the items in their original boxes and place them in a NEW box and attach the label to it. Please DO NOT attach any labels to the box the items arrived in. Both the shoes and the box must be in their original condition.
